Services
Optimal Inbox provides Klaviyo deliverability audit and managed retainer services. Tier 1 audits are delivered as a fixed-scope, two-week engagement at $2,500 flat. Tier 2 retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Payment
Tier 1 audit fees are due upfront via Stripe. Tier 2 retainer fees are billed monthly via ACH or card. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Refunds
Tier 1 audits are non-refundable once Klaviyo account access has been granted. Tier 2 retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Confidentiality
We treat all Klaviyo account data and client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services. We do not share client identities without explicit written permission.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided "as is." Optimal Inbox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
