Do we have to sign up for the retainer after the audit?

No. The Tier 1 audit is a complete, standalone engagement — you walk away with a full roadmap you can execute in-house or hand to your existing agency. If you do choose to engage us on Tier 2 within 30 days, your $2,500 audit fee credits toward month one of the retainer.
